Residents 55 years-old and older can participate in free online classes offered Monday through Friday at various hours. Most classes are about 30 minutes and cover topics including fitness, art, life enrichment, nutrition and computers.
Participants are encouraged to review the schedule below and then email seniorservices@fultoncountyga.gov and use the subject line ‘Senior Virtual Programming for more information on how to join the classes via Zoom.
The Senior Virtual Classes will also be recorded and placed on the Senior Services YouTube Channel. Links to each playlist are below.

In 45 minutes, this workout takes you through a variety of exercises using dumbbells and body weight for resistance while moving to the beat of music.
